Alarm It are partners with SMC Security to provide back-to-base services.

These use the public telephone network or GSM connections to send data from your alarm system to a central control room and vice versa.

This means that your premises are being monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In the event of an alarm being triggered, the control room is able to see what part of your premises has been activated.  In some instances the control room is also able to view the location.  This is becoming increasingly popular with our clients and is known as C.C.T.V remote viewing

Event reporting is that component of the back-to-base system where alarm activations are logged and reported.  Other action may be taken, including notifying the client or sending a patrolman to the scene.  These actions are dependent upon client needs and requirements.
